2007-2008 Ballet Northwest Membership
Membership Application

Ballet Northwest invites you to become a 2006-2007 member and join us in our productions of The Nutcracker December 8-10 & 15-17, 2006 and Cinderella May 11-13, 2007.

  • All Ballet Northwest members no matter the level may purchase advance tickets to the performance season.
  • New members will be assigned the best seats available at the performance of their choice. A prompt reply is recommended.
  • Renewing members are given priority to the same seats-or better-as the previous year.
Free tickets are given to the Sustaining or higher membership levels.
  • Sustaining members receive two tickets to The Nutcracker
  • Patrons receive two sets of tickets* to the season's performances
  • Benefactors receive four sets of tickets* to the season's performances
*A "set of tickets" is one ticket to The Nutcracker and one ticket to the Spring performance.
  • Ballet Northwest members have priority until September 30.
  • Non-members buying tickets to both the season's performances have priority until October 31.
  • Single ticket sales to the public for all performances begin November 1.
Please use print and mail the Membership Application form to become a Ballet Northwest member. You are not required to become a member to receive a Ticket Order Form. Use the enclosed envelope to request an order form.

Remember, Ballet Northwest members will be given reserve seating priority before non-members. Non-member purchasing tickets to both performances in the season will be assigned reserve seating before the public can purchase single tickets.
